The crunchy nougat with IGP Piedmont Hazelnuts, a typical sweet of Alba, is a chapter in gastronomic history recovered by Relanghe and realized in an artisanal production embraced as an antique ritual of the trade: from the toasting of the rounded fruits, smooth, rich and full, the intense aromas and pure and delicate taste, to the cooking of the paste in steam-heated boilers and hand pulling and pressing using wooden moulds.
Relanghe, born in 1993 from the intent to maintain the culinary traditions of the territory, follows the original nougat recipes, upholding genuine craftwork skills, respecting the timing and meticulous procedures involved in the processing and hand selecting ingredients one-by-one, choosing only the best.
