Langhe: not only wine

Relanghe is a small Piedmontese company producing traditional and handcrafted sweets and we are used to calling it Bottega. Bottega was founded in 1994 and focuses its attention on the key element: the top-quality Nocciola Piemonte I.G.P. We want to raise awareness of the prestigious Hazelnut of the Langhe
hills by producing traditional sweets such as torrone, sweet truffles and dragées. We bought hazelnut orchards in the best areas of the Langhe hills (80 hectars) and we take care of the hazelnut during its entire life cycle, from land to the final product.

We also work closely with the owners of the best hazelnut orchards for the production of Nocciola Piemonte I.G.P. in Alba, Albaretto Torre, Sinio and Somano.

Our hazelnut orchards are managed biologically in order to protect the soil and guarantee the quality of the hazelnut. All our sweets are gluten free.

We want to create a sustainable chain and have the control on the raw material so to guarantee the best quality and a refined taste.

STORY

Relanghe was founded in 1994 thanks to the Ceretto family. After many years of experience in the wine production they decided to embark on a challenge and make known the other important and prestigious product of the Langhe hills worldwide: the Hazelnut.

The original project was focused on the production of the traditional crunchy Torrone with hazelnuts but later Relanghe focused its attention on the precious Nocciola Piemonte I.G.P., which is now used to produce different sweets, fully respecting the production process.
