Relanghe is a small craft confectionery production company, that has set up its business based on the Piedmont Hazelnut.
It was founded in 1994 based on an idea of the Ceretto family who, after years of wine-making tradition in the Langhe, wanted to apply the same rigour to the hazelnut grove, with a clear goal: make the products of this area unique and make them known worldwide.
A sentimental and cultural issue since the Piedmont Hazelnut, along with the grapevine, is the protagonist of local landscapes and crops.
Initially, Relanghe focused on the production of crumbly nougat with hazelnuts, a traditional confectionery product from the Alba area, and over time the project expanded, placing this nut at the centre of our attention and using it in numerous confectionery preparations.
