Hazelnut

The Piedmont Hazelnut is among the main raw materials of the Langhe hills: a nut that we follow from the land to the finished product, at the heart of our recipes.

Nougat

The first product of the area which we believed in, a historic confectionery product of the Langhe family tradition.

Chocolate

Everything stems from the Piedmont tradition on which our chocolate recipes are based. With an eye on the confectionery creativity of the Piedmont capital where hazelnut is combined with chocolate to create gianduja.

Enrico Crippa Selection

It was 2005 when the Ceretto Family decided to start a restaurant project with Chef Enrico Crippa in the heart of the city of Alba, which in 2012 was awarded 3 Michelin stars. 

Hence the idea of creating an Enrico Crippa line.
